  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • In case of high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, processing may be slightly delayed. Customers will be notified accordingly.

2. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India.

  • Delivery availability may vary for certain remote or restricted locations.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–6 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–8 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics delays, weather conditions, or external factors beyond our control.

4. Discreet Packaging

Your privacy is our priority. All orders are shipped in:

  • Plain, unbranded packaging

  • No mention of product details on the outer box

  • Neutral sender name on shipping labels

5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

  • We may offer free shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email.

  • You can track your shipment through the courier partner’s website.

7. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will make 2–3 delivery attempts.

  • If the package is undelivered after multiple attempts, it may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.

8. Delays & Force Majeure

Secret Saheli is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters

  • Strikes or lockdowns

  • Government restrictions

  • Courier partner disruptions

However, we will do our best to keep you informed and resolve issues promptly.

9. Damaged or Missing Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear photos and order details for quick resolution.

10. Compliance with Indian Laws

  • All products are shipped in compliance with applicable Indian laws and regulations.

  • Products are categorized and sold strictly as personal wellness and body massaging devices.

  • We do not ship any items prohibited under Indian law.
